M-TBM (MINI - TUNNEL BORING MACHINE)

Industrial Applications.

  • Thermal Power Plants.
  • Integrated Steel Plants.
  • Oil Refineries.
  • Cement Industries.
  • Chemical Manufacturing facilities.
  • Municipal storm water drains.
M-TBM Assembly

M-TBM platform designed for performing in-situ descaling and Deposit Extraction from pipelines, especially Non Live CO Gas pipelines in constrained industrial environments found in Integrated Steel Plants. Given the scale of Pipeline maintenance within integrated steel plants, we have developed this platform for future pipe restoration, maintenance of bypass lines and Repurposing the pipeline to extend its life cycle.

The technology has evolved from an initial AC-cabled system to a more stable, second-generation wireless DC model Designed to operate inside pipelines installed at heights.

Proven Field Validation: Completed a 3-day mechanical trial at Tata Steel, Kalinganagar, accomplishing 3 objectives:

To demonstrate

  • The effectiveness of the cutting assembly.
  • The ability of M-TBM to traverse inside the pipe.
  • The ability of M-TBM to drain the debris outside the pipe.

Fully Wireless

Battery Operated

Long Range Remote Control
